We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions and your purchase is returned to us, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We’ve taken the time to source and procure excellent products for you. In the unlikely event that you want to return something you’ve bought, here’s the how to:
You can return your purchase within 30 days. Just return the item to us unused and in the same condition you received it (if the return relates to CBD products, please note that the bottles should also have the seal intact) with your name and order ID and we’ll issue a refund to the card used to make the original purchase. All goods will be inspected on return.
RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We want your entire shopping experience with us to be stress free. All your purchases are carefully inspected before leaving us. We ask that you please check your purchase carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during its journey.
If it has met with some incident during its travels, please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within this time by sending a photograph and description to email@example.com quoting your order number and name in your email correspondence. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you want to return a package, it is essential that you enclose at least your name and address so we can identify you on the database, preferably with the invoice number of order ID along with the goods. Please also indicate the reason for return. Please keep a proof of posting. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to show in your account. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19 Mitten Road, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, TN40 1QP. You will be responsible for paying for your own return costs for returning your item, unless the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, in which case the return shipping cost will be credited back to you with your refund. The initial postal costs are non-refundable. As well as proof of postage, it may be wise to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high value items. We can-not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
